Vernacular Farmhouse, Oristown, Co. Meath

This project involved the refurbishment & upgrade of a vernacular farmhouse. The old house was extensively refurbished using natural materials more compatible with the traditional construction performance together with some modest alterations including a new Tuscan doorcase and replacement of poor-quality modern windows, doors and joinery with new traditional designs. 

Scope Of Works

Appointed conservation joiners by Liam Mulligan Architects we made new sliding sash windows, internal shutter boxes & external & internal doors.
