Victorian House, Rathmines, Dublin

This Victorian house, a protected structure, required extensive conservation and restoration to address various problems. Poor quality modern joinery and fittings were replaced with more appropriate and correctly detailed period joinery and fittings. 

Scope of Works

Our external works included new sliding sash windows & a replacement period entrance door & fanlight. Internally we restored the original staircase & fitted new grand wardrobes to the Master bedroom.
